March 25, 2012 Sunday Night’s Music Addition:
‘Caught a Long Wind’ by Feist
As part of CBC’s 75th anniversary celebration Feist performed a special concert at the CBC’s Glenn Gould Studio.
Holy Moly… great live show, Ms. Feist.

Watch as The Darcys destroy Toronto in Don’t Bleed Me… mind blowing.
The Darcys do Steely Dan.
Have you heard The Darcy’s yet? Because this show was mind-bendingly epic.
HURRY UP AND COME OUT DAMNIT!
News Flash : Feist Follow Up Album Revealed
In news that has excited us no end, Feist returns with her highly anticipated new album, Metals, via Cherrytree/Interscope on October 4th.. It’s the follow-up to her 2007 breakout The Reminder. The 12-song album was recorded in Toronto and Big Sur, with Feist collaborating with frequent partners in crime Chilly Gonzales and Mocky, as well as producer Valgeir Sigurðsson.
Look for a ( probably glowing ) review of this album in the near future.
CANNOT WAIT
I fell in love with this album in high school. Neko Case is a goddess.
Some more of The Darcys for you.
i know your dying i know it’s true i know there’s seven thousand things you rather be and rather do
These guys. Friends of mine, and amazingly-talented young men. Keep an eye out for their album this Fall.
I am still totally mesmerized by this album.
KC ACCIDENTAL
When I saw this live at Harbourfront I felt like my fandom came full circle…
It went from falling in love with them the first time I ever heard it to comparing every other song to it and deciding magic won’t ever be made the way it was on You Forgot It In People… to having a crush on at least one of the boys from Broken Social Scene (right now it’s Evan Cranley… yes, Evan Cranley).
KC Accidental is the culmination of Broken Social Scene fandom. This song will always give me chills.
This is the only album I could ever consider life changing.
